I need to apologize in advance that I suck as a blogger because I forgot to take a picture of the COFFEE itself, lol! Well, it does look like any other coffee, so the cool store and environment caught more of my attention….(excuses, excuses….)
Anyway……finally get to see what’s the Blue Bottle hype about! Got their signature coffee “New Orleans” and it was as good as people described! I don’t usually do sugar so kinda wonder what it would taste like if I ask for non-sugar. There’s even a faint chocolate taste to it, weird but cool!
The coffee shop is located conveniently in an alley in the Omotesando/Aoyama area, close to the metro station. The waitress was super friendly and came up to me right away to ask me which language of the menu I’d like to see (English/Japanese), and suggested me what to get if I don’t really know. Really enjoyed the atmosphere right away!
The whole process is super fast even though the coffee is freshly made. They make your coffee right in front of you at the counter, and it’s just really cool to watch! Makes the wait more fun and enjoyable 🙂
Conclusion: nice coffee shop, awesome coffee, good location, stand up tables and sit down sofas to have either a quick chat with your colleague or a hearty conversation with a good friend. Would definitely want to visit here more in the future! 🙂
